@jmzba yes it is covering the whole Earth. It shows the radiation that went to the east moving in from the west. So, while it doesn't "show" Europe and the Middle East, it definitely shows radiation coming from that direction that came from the eastward movement.
@jrbaley1 regardless - the judge is the one with power and abused it in his language.
