I agree with Crazy, if you can get a good lamp with a daylight bulb this will give the illusion of natural light, but it's not.

I would suggest to put your camera on a tripod if you have one. Also, don't film near any windows, or film during the night, keep out all natural light. Since the sun moves, if you film with natural light, it causes light flicker (which is the problem with most filmers). Also try to take more pictures and them put them at a faster framerate. That will smoothen up the animation. If you need any more help or tips, feel free to contact me here on youtube. -Jared
