Igus Slider with GH2
Testing a homemade movie slider. Using Igus parts and the Panasonic GH2 with 14-140mm lens. Filmed at the Roaches in Staffordshire.
Make sure the slider is clean, run a dry cloth up and down the rails a few times.
Then:
1. Loosen all carriage bolts - (don't remove - just loosen a few turns)
2. slide carriage back and forth to allow bearings to align themselves)
3. (tech actually recommended "tapping" the center of the carria...
