About Me:
We sing gospel and contemporary Christian music in our church and wherever they'll listen :) I play some keyboard, piano, bass, harmonica, and I love to sing.
I got into Gracie jiu jitsu about 15 months ago. I've been training with a buddy, working on our blue belts. Even got some personal help at Ryron Gracie seminar this past January. We're about ready to test finally.

I'm also into fitness and internal martial arts. I am constantly looking for practical self defense techniques, music videos, and exercise ideas.
For taiji and kung fu you can't beat Chen Xiaowang or Gao Jiamin.
Boxer, James "Boogie" Freeman is Mary's nephew. ( I like to say he's our nephew.) Got some of his video here too.
