This is a video to encourage people to make small payments, under 200$ in coins. The reason for this is quite simple. Coins are minted, and are therefore debt free. If there is an increase in coin circulation, there will be a decrease in Federal Reserve Notes, or printed U.S. $.
This is a legal way to take power away from the Federal Reserve, and put it in the hand of the U.S. Mint, which is is a regulated government organization.
There is about a 7% interest rate annual of debt that is created with every FRN that are printed. This does not occur when new coins are minted. If there are more payments made in coins, there will be less Paper money in the system. Politicians will notice, and there will have to be a return to debt free money.
Please see this movie for a better understanding of the currency system.

This is the second part of 4.
In this part I go over the different kinds of yeasts. I prefer the Lalvin brand. I use 3 different types:
Lalvin EC-1118 Champagne yeast. It tolerates alcohol level to about 18%
Lalvin K1-V1116 Regular wine yeast. It tolerates alcohol up to about 13%
Lalvin 71B-1122 Fruit wine yeast. It tolerates alcohol up to about 11%
Different yeasts will yield different results. The higher the alcohol tolerance level usually translates into less sugar remaining at the end of the fermentation process.
Note: I forgot to mention in the first video you need 2 packets of yeast for the recipe.
Enjoy your hard lemonade.

How To Make Hard Lemonade
Ingredients:
14 Liters (3 1/2 gallons) of Lemonade. 1 Cup Lemon Concentrate. Enough water to fill the rest of brew bucket. (I use filtered water from a Brita pitcher) 1 to 2 KG (2.2 to 4.4 Lbs) Sugar. 2 Packets Yeast. I recommend Lalvin if it is available in your area. Yeast Nutrient. 3 Table spoon for 5 Gallons. Yeast Energizer. 3-4 teaspoon for 4 gallons.
Equipment:
1- 5 gallon Brew Bucket. (I highly recommend a spigot it makes it easier when bottling.) Follow process explained in the video.
Hygrometer to check specific gravity/alcohol level of must.
Vinometre if you wish to test the alcohol level.
Process:
Follow process explained in the video. Worry mostly about having your equipment sterilized. I never worried too much of the actual environment like my kitchen and stuff. Ensure there is no mold around though.
Disclaimer: As a responsible adult if you try to make your own hard lemonade, or any other alcoholic beverage you must be aware of the risk of contamination. If you do not feel confident that you can brew alcohol without poisoning your self, don't attempt it. I cannot be held responsible for any failures or injuries that occur from any attempts at making hard lemonade. This video does not guaranty success.
Note: It took me one full try to get it right. I had to throw out my first one, as it was pure crap. Learn from my mistake, and by mindful of the tolerance of the yeast you use.
Have a good time brewing, and enjoy your hard lemonade responsibly.
