You sure that much yeast didn't cause some of the crazy blowoff? I have brewed up to 8%, but only use one packet of yeast.. I have found that Nottingham yeast can be pretty explosive, especially if you pitch a little too warm, but this is crazy! I would bottle that "blowoff beer" and hope for th...
