As a coach,sometimes describing a tumbling pass to a student is like trying to describe color to a blind person. So it helps as a coach to show them.Then we get the oooooh! That was a backhand spring back tuck punch front. They have that on the floor now.

My name is Coach Karriem. I have been teaching tumbling and flexability to c.leaders for more than 25 yrs.Flexability means the ability to flex.However i never hear any mention that water is a major factor in this ability.Without your body having enough H2O in it,your muscles act like beef jerky....
