@ckhthd thats a bit harsh every style has has its different timing and stances, i'm sure they train just as hard as every other karataka

the bunkai I know for this kata wouldnt work with the range of movement in this clubs take on seienchin.

I'm not sure how it works in kyokushin? but in goju ryu we maintain the same height untill steping into sanchin datchi before the rising elbow.

looks good but a kata isnt complete if you dont keep grounded during transition through stance there was few bus stop stances in there, id rather see it slower with perfected technique good choice of kata to mix
