Hey everyone,

I am an amateur musician (for the moment lol) and find it very rewarding to learn new musical techniques. I play bass guitar (6-string), electric guitar (7-string) and keyboard (currently have no keyboard though). If ever I need to use vocals I will just seriously edit my recording with effects and melodyne (to make it sound like I am singing in tune!)

I have currently been experimenting with MaxMSP 5 and Pure Data in order to gain more flexability when creating music. I will be putting up some tutorials whilst I am learning new techniques and even putting into practice the tutorials that actually come with Max 5 (reading through can be a bit daunting sometimes)

I also use Ableton Live 8 and Reason 4 (Re-wire) to sequence and record live instruments through my Line6 UX1 external sound card (1 input, 1 stereo input, 1 stereo monitor in and 2 analogue outs).

I use Pod Farm and VSTs to edit the effects of my live instruments an VSTi's for MIDI sequencing.
