haha its because of low calorie intake and if you just do the diet and sit on ur ass all day n expect to lose weight then ur right it wont last....... if you want to lose weight then do the cabbage soup diet and do an hour of cardio and streaching every day and after the week of the diet is done ...

hey i do this diet a few times a year and its really good and effective but i also do intenese workouts also......your headaches and nausea were caused by coming off caffine and sugar cold turkey! i find it very easy because i dont drink caffine or have sugar on a daily basis......dont get me wr...
