Ciao, hai mai ricoperta una torta con crema chantilly e poi la crema di zucchero o mmf? Io vorrei provare ma non sono sicura se fa crema chantilly fa la "crosta" cosi' che la mia pasta di zucchero non si "sciolga" troppo a contatto con la crema chantilly. Grazie per il tuo aiuto
