i had this done feb 15th of this year... it is now april 8th... i have been through PT every 3 days since... i am feeling much better... some people have complications im sure... but if you have a bone spur, get it done and get on with life

i had a bone spur on my acromion... feb 15 of this year had it removed.. had debride job done on supra and stitch on teres I believe.. the first few days sucked... hurt bad... as weeks progressed i felt tightness, soreness... got some tendonitis in my elbow of the same arm (from overuse) but toda...
