It was a 5.5 pound meet PR on squat. I really need to put together a good squat meet very soon.
Thanks for the advice regarding the deadlift. I felt like my positioning on the opener was better (higher hips), but after it felt slow off the floor I panicked and tried to get a little pop off the floor in my loose suit by dropping my hips. The next meet is in mid to late June and I have a couple of tighter suits I will be working in. I will re-read the article a couple of times and try to emulate Belyaev's pull. Hope all is well with you!
One more thing checkout videos of Andrey Belvaey's dealifts . You guys seem to have a similar physique .
that 633 squat was nice is that a pr ? As for your deadlift it so hard to see your position from the front angle. One thing i did notice was that you dropped your hips big time.
