i tried making a lift mechanism but didnt make it quite strong enough and it broke. im currently on version 2 , my plan is to use 2 pillow blocks , 3 pullys , and a rod , the winch will run to the middle pully and then on the end of the shaft by the pillow blocks will be two pullys for lift...
