Like a few other posters on here my lamb came out soggy and not sticky like yours... I've made this recipe to the T now about 5 times and everytime it comes out great.. BUT SOGGY. Please share the secret to get them sticky guys! I even double wrap shanks as the Chef does. HELP!!!
