I got stuck on this too but heres my strategy which worked:
- Sprint up the stairs to the left as you come in, into Dereks office just at the top of the stairs
- You have to be quick to open the door (you WILL get shot) and take cover behind the desk and next to the chair
- You'll take a few pop...
