Hey my name is luke i live in Australia and i am 20. I have been a Christian since 2006. my best mates are ben kev and len. I love to surf and bodyboard but i all ways full off surfing so i body board alot more haha.

I am trying to get better at surfing. I made my first and only surfboard at school in year 10 and i completely messed it up but is still surf able (Just) lol.

I play G-tar but i am not that good i have played G-tar for 6 years and i also sing a little too.

I'm not to bad for some one who has had no lessons at all in singing and guitar. :P

I love to listen to people and hear whats on their heart or what ever is bothering them in life.

I try give a little advice but mostly just listen and help them through there issue or problem.

Wheather it helps them i dunno but thats the sorta guy i am haha.

I love relaxing and chilling out with mates and i love the dome cafe great food and the coffee there is great although i allways buy the crunchie espreski with wiped cream and its mixed with chocolate mix, taste good and not too fatning lol.

As you may have worked out allready i love the beach and i enjoy everything about what God has created in this world.

I love reading my bible and going to church.

One day i plan on becomming a chaplain for a school so i can work with teens and those that get bullied and all those on a path of destruction.

Basically i want to make a change in young lives and be somone they can come talk to :)

Before I was Christian my life was messed up with a lot of things like Alcohol, Girls, partying I even tried pot (never again) but the main thing that made me feel empty was my dad left me when I was young. I got the chance to see him in 2001. I went and met my dad at the airport it was the best time of my life, I was so happy my dad was back But I should have known it was too good to be true.

I got to see my dad for 3 hours before he rang my mum and said come get them my younger brother was with me at the time. He said I can't handle them. My mum came and got us we got in the car and my dad said good bye son and gave me a kiss on the head,

In the morning I woke up early as some kids normally do and I looked out my window and I saw my dad I yelled DAD WERE ARE YOU GOING? No answer, he had the trailer on the car and he dropped of the rental keys to his house in the letter box. I yelled DAD ARE YOU GOING? He looked at me and said I love you and waved good bye and he drove down the street.

I ran out of the house I looked down the street he had gone it was the last time I ever heard or spoke to my dad I have not seen or spoke to my dad since. There is not 1 day that goes by that I don't think about my dad.

I wish I knew who he was; most young kids think that there dad is there hero. Someone who loves them, cares for them and that looks out 4 them, Someone that hugs them when they're hurt and will be there for them no matter what happens, I don't get to have that feeling at all.

I miss him a lot but it's ok, I met someone a few years ago that will be there when I am hurt and when I am having fun. He will all ways forgive me no matter what I do wrong, I love my new dad his name is JESUS CHRIST.

He was all ways there for me I just never knew he existed. I had a hole of emptiness but now it is filled with GOD. I will never forget what he did up on that cross for me so in 2006 I became a Christian and have never turned back.

I was in a relationship for 2 yrs we got engaged the wedding but 8 weeks before the wedding she cancelled it called the entire relationship off. So I was depressed for some time and suicide had popped into my head that night but, I remember what the Lord did for me on the cross and I could not do it and I knew I could not go through this alone without God by my side.

I remembered I just started praying for the Lords strength and that I would not think of stupid things to end my life short and at that same moment my mate Ben rang he said "I'm coming to get you where are you?" ben didn't know the full story I had just text him saying "she called it off I'm not getting married anymore".

I believe that was just the Lords way of saying I'm not done with you yet Luke hang in there and now I'm standing here sharing my Testimony with you..

I just want to encourage you it's never too late to get to know the lord, he will open his heart to you if you open your heart to him, and believe me once you have the lord in your life it's an amazing journey, but there will be times of trail but that's when there lord is there to help you through those tough times.
