Mr Hudson & The Library want to do things differently. Beats, Steel Pan, Classically-informed piano, big bass lines and songs you'll sing in the shower. With influences from post-war jazz to post-Katrina bounce, Mr Hudson & The Library have been championed recently by DJ Semtex and Sway Da Safo, with the support of Deal Real Managment and most importantly the listeners on the road and at home.
But this is just the beginning. The live show is getting stronger (rehearsals really do help) and the recordings are taking shape. From mellow ballads to break-neck bangers, The LP should drop early 2007 on Mercury records.
