About this user

I am a business professional with Masters degree, teaching certification and numerous professional certifications.
I am very knowledgable in history, from military, political, science, business and industry, including dates, people, places and events that have changed the world and the course of history. Still tweaking my research project and study looking into specific events in history and how they effect the world today. Have run many scenarios, review the data, develop a hypothesis on the effects and impact that altering or eliminating that event from history would have on life as we know it today!
I also love music (The History of Music, and its influence and impact on American and World History). I studied Piano and Guitar, born into a family of musicians, athletes, and business professions. I still play guitar and keyboards occasionally, but stay in good physical condition and play a couple of team sports. However, today my main interests and major focus is continuous education, sports and music, but not playing music as mush as making other musicians and bands sound great by bringing out their best as musicians. Because of my appreciation for great music, I started my own audio business, having a very special talent and uncanny ability to take that music, bring it to a higher level, transform that sound to it's full potential that goes beyond the 5 senses, but to the center of the human spirit that is the "heart". It's seeing the music visually and hearing it in Technicolor. Music should be a 5 star HD movie for your ears. So both audio and visual concepts need to reach the human spirit at the highest level and remain imbedded as a poitive event! With that said this enables me to design, develop, implement, and enhance it all to a level of the talents and abilities of the musicians, by utilizing and exploiting the place (room, theater auditorium, etc.) and the energy of that environment, using the available acoustics and overall attributes (positives & negatives) of the room and facility. Been doing audio since freshman year of high school. Anyway it didn't take long for word to spread, which led to my gaining recognition as one of the best audio men in the business! Eventually leading to working, managing and running the audio for many of the concert halls and theaters for the top rock bands, musicians and recording artists of the 60's, 70's and beyond!
After all those years, while working my day job, continuing my education, yes, even after earning my Bachelors degree, Masters degrees, Teaching certification and the numerous professional business, industry, engineering, science certifications earned over the many decades past, I still enjoy and continue to do my audio work. I also still love sports, with Baseball & American Football, Fishing and Skiing my favorites. Considered an expert on the history of baseball, I also played baseball & football in college, and ran track in high school and college. Again it was talents, abilities, love of the game and the sport, but more so my leadership skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm and above all my work ethic that led to receiving an invitation to try out for a Major League Baseball Team, which took place in Yankee Stadium in 1969. Unfortunately in 1969 there were several major world events that influenced my final decision to remain in college, play college ball, maintain my audio business and eventually earn my higher educational degrees! By the way in 1969 and the subsequent early years of the 1970's, baseball players made salaries similar to most blue collar jobs. But if you were one of the best players at the top of their game, then you could earn a salary equal to and in some cases a salary exceeding most white collar, upper management jobs of that day and era. For baseball it was the "Pre-Free Agency" era. It was an era when ball players remained loyal and stayed with one team, the team for most of their careers in most c unless they were traded.
But anyway that is now part of my past, and the historical record. So now, today, as time moves forward and I get closer to retirement, although I can't see me retiring anytime soon as I am working on earning my state teaching certification. I currently teach part time, and sub in when needed. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with our children and the kids enjoy my approach to teaching, which is based on story telling, which includes many video and audio effects, utilizing today's technology as my tool of choice.
It's the heart of a person that is the person. With that said my life's motto is to come to grips with the fact that: " Time sets all things right. Error lives but a day. Truth is eternal."
