Chris' training began as an arranger and performer in musical theater before making the leap to Pop/Rock.
He joined the vocal group, Sound Of New Zion, as a writer, producer, arranger and performer. The bands success catapulted them to a label deal with Curb Records, working alongside Brad Young and Dow Brain (Eden's Crush, Plus One).
Recently he has built his own studio and is focused on scoring commercials and independent films.
His experience in pop/rock/hip-hop coupled with his passion for epic/orchestral sounds creates an innovative sound for film. He is influences range from Alan Menken and John Williams to Elton John and Aerosmith. Chris believes music is an intricate part of story telling and his ear for melody is matched by his flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of projects. He comes to the table with an open mind when collaborating with directors, producers and artists to ensure that he learns something new with every experience.
