Id say for being made in the 1980's DBZ is a pretty fucking good anime its in my opinion equal to Naruto which starter airing over 15 years after and its definitely better than One Piece that is a damn kids show about pirates calling that an anime is blasphemy

Its actually Lee that won the most important battle Gaara got lucky if Lee opened the fifth gate offf the bat he'd have lost badly. Lee has only taijutsu and he still almost beat a jinchuriki, that's a win in itself
