Yeah it's beautiful,been there many times since it was just fishing villages,early 70s.But beware now of the drug pushers,it;s a set up. Police and dealers charge unsuspecting tourists with possession and then blackmail you for money..and a lot!Latest is a 14 yr old boy in jail for buying $25 buc...

This model, C177RG had a lot of U/C problems,I had a similar experience when the wheels would half extend,then not fully retract. Maintenance guys said there was dirt thrown up into the micro switches making them U/S.
Landing was a bit frightening,but walked away ok....sweaty palms though!
