The idea to make this collab belongs to my very talented friend Tatsu. I'm singing and he accompanies me on the piano.

http://www.youtube.com/user/mozartiikodesuThis is a classical piece, so it might be a bit different from what I usually sing. Still, I hope you all will enjoy listening to this beautiful song. Here's some info from Wikipedia:
"Kōjō no tsuki" (荒城の月 lit. "Moonlit castle ruins") is a Japanese song. The lyrics were written by Doi Bansui. The music was composed for koto by the pianist and composer Rentarō Taki in 1901. The song was inspired by the ruins of Oka Castle built in 1185.
Here's the translation, that was kindly provided by Tatsu:
In spring , there used to be the great castle a long time ago where you are standing.
I imagine that flower-viewing party of SAMURAI is the drinking was in full swing.
The moon light must have been shone streaming between leaves of the pine.
Now, how can I find the ancient time's moon light?
The moon has been shining like ancient times.
There is not a single person in the site of the castle of ruins.
A kudzu grows luxuriantly.
Only sound of a wind with sad having branch of a pine.
Only the sound of a lonely wind has murmuration.
Nature moves -- dying -- it does not change at all
Our life always repeats ups and downs .
The moon light just tell us evening of our glory.
Ah, the moon light is shining wonderfully and it is dimly illuminated.
