This set was a multi-million version of New York and, although very impressive, it was one of the features that took Hello Dolly, and the Studio, to the edge of financial catastrophe. It's a terrific movie, I love it and it was simply not the right musical (were there any?) for 1969.

I echo the thoughts and comments here. We saw the "Follies" on Broadway....yes it was 20 years ago.....and the show was simply wonderful. I even met (briefly) Keith Carradine, after the show, as he was heading to his car. Nice fellow. We were able to go backstage (beautiful ladies!) to purch...

I fell in love with "Bev Bremers"...as the Seattle DJ's used to say, a few years back, and I have enjoyed her music for a very long time. This is simply a great song with a strong performance by Beverly and solid orchestration. Thanks for posting......so we don't say you don't remember.
