Greetings Everyone!
I have decided to create another YouTube site (in addition to my jimirwin1 Channel, which I have added to my Friends list) dedicated to sharing my music creations. For me, music has always been an important part of my being and I often allow my creations to flow from my inner reaches - some say it has something to do with my Celtic roots. This may be true and I would have to thank Terry McDade for that.

Terry was a guest at our ranch several years ago and totally overwhelmed me with is Celtic Harp and Irish music. His visits wound up my "music generator" and eventually lead to us co-composing the "Riding Mountain" melody on Terry's "Harpe Danse" CD. I am not a professional musician by any means. I compose and play by ear. I conjure melodies in my head and, if I'm lucky, I'm able to whistle them into a Dictaphone before they evaporate. I then work them out on an old Yamaha keyboard hooked to a cassette recorder and then digitalized them on my computer. In the future, I hope to connect the Yamaha directly to the computer but, for now, I would like to share some of the melodies I've created so far - as rough as they may be.

Over the years, some local people and friends have played a CD of my melodies (I call "Journeys of the Heart") for Yoga sessions and quiet relaxation. Elementary teachers have even played it in their classrooms to calm the children down. A few years ago, a very special friend called it "Dad's elevator music".

I realize the performances are not perfect or particularly brilliant but, hopefully, if you play them quietly, you'll find them interesting and, possibly, even enjoyable.

Any and all constructive criticism will be appreciated.
