okay, so im on my way to the slash concert, which btw my step mom got us SOLD OUT tickets, and we're near the front row!!!!! im like the only 13 yr. old girl there, and there's this woman next to me with her what, 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend. they were so nice!! we talked about iron maiden, which happened to be elaine's favorite band (elaine was the person next to me) and she really appreciated the fact that I was so into the metal stuff. so after the concert, we stood in front of the doorway to the backstage, and she gives us BACKSTAGE PASSES!!!!!! so im in the room, hyperventalating, and i see the guitarist, dave, for tesla!!! i take pictures with him, and shake his hand, and he gives me his purple guitar pick!!! WITH TESLA'S SIGN ON IT!!! so i then sit down because my whole body is shaking, and all of a sudden i see slash!!!! MY IDOL!!!! i felt REALLY light heaaded at that moment, so he walks out of the room, then walks back in and he's standing in a group of people and he's looking at me like im about to pass out, like.."is she ok?" so he WALKS OVER.....and i guess slash met elaine before, because she met a whole bunch of famous people. and then they introduce me to him!!! and i take a picture with him, and i shook his hand, and i got the PAPERCLIP THAT WAS IN HIS BACK POCKET!! as it turns out, elaine was the wife of the famous baseball manager, Tony Larusa, but i don't mind that part so much. she was one of the nicest people i have ever met in my entire life. and THAT, is how I died. no, im kidding, but i almost passed out.
