Im pretty sure that carb is actually adjustable.. i believe you have to pull off small plastic cap to get to the screw on it . EPA thing.. Then once you do get to it i believe its a single D carb adjustment tool you need to adjust it .. Running 40 to 1 in a modern day 2 stroke is not a good idea...

Sooo was the echo not running ? If its running im a bit surprised that the stihl that is next to it didn't blow it at all with its idle air flow

Everything these days comes poorly tuned due to EPA regulations.. Get yourself a screw driver off Ebay for adjusting the carbs and adjust till you get it right.. Carb tuning can very depending what elevation you are at and what fuel mixture you are using as well as air temps.. If you don't learn...

The choppiness sounds like compression to me. I would think if something stalled it out bad enough to bend the crank you would of heard some type of noise... You should buy yourself a carb screw driver for it off ebay and adjust the carb.. its easy enough, to learn to do. Best of luck

is the safety really that big of a deal lol.. I have an sr9c , and i have no problems with my safety.. If you don't know your side arm, well enough to take the safety off you sure don't need to be using it as your carry weapon.
