like the statistics in the fish population theory, for speckle trout are the most plentiful they have ever been in recorded history, yet the NCDMF proposed a limit of 200 lbs a day to the comm. fisherman ! Why, ? because rec. fisherman lost their battle at making speckle trout into game fish status and they were unhappy with the decision, so a limit was placed upon us !! The 200 lb limit was not to help promote repopulation of the specie, but to make rich rec. anglers happy !!!! Your data is BS and corrupt !!

I love that you are interested in fish populations , for if you were not , you would be less of a person inhabiting this rock ! Would just like for you to keep in mind the variable change in relation to fish landings and the stupidity the commercial fisherman face daily due to corrupt data and special interests which are desperately trying to eliminate us from society !!!! We help feed the world and at the same time feed our families, so what exactly am i supposed to submit to , false data, special interests, vegans , corrupt biologists and anti fishing groups ?
