the thing I have noticed is that they all vary as much as several thousanths of an inch and with that in mind it pays to adjust then fire it up and let it run it took me several tries to get it to quiet down and it seems no two are alike and as far as setting one different than the other is anoth...

yeah and make sure all your nuts are tight and gaskets seal....just because it is dirty doesn't really mean anything...they all get that way.... good luck they are a lot tougher than you think.....just make sure all of your inner parts are in good shape and nothing broken or loose

what is the difference if you depress the exhaust and adjust the intake and vice versa? as opposed to having both depressed with no cam lobe action?

sooo...all one has to do is remove that bushing/washer and it somehow derestricts the variator? I have a 157QMJ same principle correct?

do you guys still sell parts and do you have any manuals that actually help someone find out about the bike instead of a generic thing that does not?and are these things manufactured after 2008? I have bought two and both were 2008s in 2010 and 2011

on this thing i lost you when your hand went out of site with the carb thing did you take that shaft completely out? and as far as pulling the cdi out of the battery box it is a shame these dang bikes are all different...ah sh-t
