I was there... and it was magical to say the least. If I am not mistaken, there was a Stir It Up at this run at the Cap?? Maybe also the first America Black-Throated Wind??? I was at these shows and they were stellar, especially leading up to my 21st birthday. Turned 21 on 4-6 during this tour.
