    Err...at 1:40, "fake has a linear in the middle". That "linear" is a glued seam. Doesn't exactly instill confidence on its durability should you happen to drop your phone. But, there will be folks who'll chinze on the case spending $10 to protect a device that cost hundreds. Go figure.

    @5Toesss Just be careful if you are designing the chargers from the ground up. The newer iphones require signaling voltages at the data lines, 2.0 and 2.8v respectively. Google for more info.

    @dixonpeter Why not just use virtualdub to simply crop out the date? That's what I do. No fuss, no muss. Most of the time we don't need the bottom edge anyway.
