Are you sure about the outer silcone skin not being included? Otterbox ships this series with the outer skin already attached. Just curious, most recipes for ganache to be used as cake fillings recommend 8oz. (by weight) of chocolate to 8oz (by volume) of heavy creamy. Any reason why your proportions differ significantly?

@5Toesss Just be careful if you are designing the chargers from the ground up. The newer iphones require signaling voltages at the data lines, 2.0 and 2.8v respectively. Google for more info.

Just wondering if you have some kind of voltage regulation built in to prevent possible overcharging. Neat little project. I'm sure the wife was well pleased.

I've checked the readme.txt and the bin file. It appears that the firmware in my #3 camera is a bit different...ie, the date stamp data seems to appear in a different location than that stated in the readme file. It looks something like this: Date & time....Year.2000.2001.2002.2003.2004.2005.2006...

@FantasticFace Yes. Regular old Clorox. You can also use the liquid shock sold in pool stores...same thing, just higher concentration so you'll use less. To properly shock your pool to completely get rid of the algae, you just don't dump it in your pool willy nilly. You need a good chemical test...

Why don't you post links to independent technical studies that prove the efficacy of these commercial washes in removing pesticides as opposed to just using plain water?

The studies I have read show that there is no significant difference between the two.

@dixonpeter Why not just use virtualdub to simply crop out the date? That's what I do. No fuss, no muss. Most of the time we don't need the bottom edge anyway.

Nice project. However, unless you're going to operate a hotspot, I don't see much utility. For wardriving, I simply use a usb alpha 1000mw antenna. Nice setup. You could have setup the router as a wireless repeater so that you wouldn't have to run all those wires through the outside door threshold. Hopefully, you're also using low loss cable running up to your dish, otherwise you're going to lose a good amount of gain...looks like about ten ...

@Techmoan I don't know if this will help, but the unit I have will allow a flag to bet set on or off for the time stamp. "Y" for on, "N" for off (no quotes). Just place it right after the date in your tag.txt file, allowing a space from your previous data. The unit I received didn't even indic...

Neat. How did you get the trucks onto the legs without any help? Any damage to the table? I've got a similar project and was thinking of using dollies under the legs instead of using toy trucks. I'm just afraid of damaging the table in one way or the other. Maybe I'll just let the pro's do it.
