Formula 1 wheels never rotate that much, even at Monaco the most they'll move is about 120 degrees from centre. It's physically impossible for an F1 driver to fully rotate the wheel.

Wow, two races, two COMPLETELY different passes.
Kovalainen clearly went too deep into the corner, late on his brakes, and Hamilton was able to scoot around him.
On the other hand, Massa slowed down on clear track, on a straight, with the other Ferrari neatly filing past him.
