The Book of Mormon does not contain all of the doctrines ever taught, just like the Old Testament doesn't contain all of the doctrines taught in the New Testament. Don't you understand that the scriptures are called the Standard Works, and they comprise lots of writings, not just the Book of Mormon. Other doctrines received by prophets in THESE days are contained in the Doctrine and Covenants.

The BoM says, in several places, that nothing must be added to or taken away from the teachings contained in it. However it says nothing about several of the 'meat' teachings of the LDS. Why?

Fairy tails. Pure cultists. Joseph Smith will surely be condemned to Hell for the lies he's promoted to the world.

Actually Tom, Joseph Smith compares up real nice to Moses. They have so much in common, which is why I have talked about it a lot. It is one of those things that makes sense to the open mind. Same with God. Fact is, Jesus had 10 fingers and toes, and even after He was resurrected and came back to his life with a body of flesh and bones (from visiting the Spirit World for 3 days), He made a POINT to show His Apostles that He could EAT too, and he ate fish and honeycomb to make that point. A spirit hath not flesh and bones as ye see me have, is what He said. So think on that. He is a MAN. A Man with powers. A Man who can walk on water and do all things that God does, because He is part of the Godhead. His Father is no different. Yes there is more than one literal person. Not polytheism. But Unity. Not Thor and Zeus. But just God. ELOHIM is a plural noun, and they all act as one, in unity, but they are as distinct and individual as you and I.
