This connection design is idiotic. Ours broke after using a couple months and then it shorted out our server's USB bus. Now we have to remote into the server to use it. THANKS UNITECH! THAT"S VALUE ADD!

umm the device may be durable but the USB cable is not. The cable flexes back and forth in the device and over time - not even a very long time - the tiny black plastic teeth will break off inside the device and then you are hosed.
