Jon Began acting at the age of seven with youth theatre productions in his home town in Devon. His first step into a professional theatre was as a principle role in 'out of the rubble' at the theatre royal's community production, only to return to the same dressing room years later while working with the welsh national opera.

Working professionally from the age of 11 with a tribute 'Jolson' act in end of the pier style shows touring the u.k. Jon began working on producing shows as a choreographer at the age of 14 and worked on various children's musicals and review shows.
Jon has performed his own cabarets and did a one man show at Plymouth's Athenaeum theatre.
Working as a redcoat at Butlins for two seasons was great grounding giving great discipline as an adult performer. Since moving to Sussex Jonathan has been very lucky to work with WLOC as a performer and also on production the team. 2010 saw Jon direct and choreograph the south coast premier of 'Bad girls' the musical.
Jon has just finished working on a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's
'Carousel' staring as leading man Billy Bigelow.
