@TwiSStaHh, Arms isn't dead. The only bad part is charge shares a cooldown with intercept, and now shares diminishing returns with other stuns. Although, I play fury and it is a lot more fun in general. The buff was pretty nice increase to our burst

@indigoseth The buff consolidation has been an option for quite a while, it's just usually turned off by default, but as I noticed in the PTR for 401, it's turned on by default.
