ITF rules are the same at any grade, they just "usually" take a bit more care of the lower grades and keep the contact down a bit. Black belts and up can go for it. I think this was just unfortunate

I do ITF Taekwon-do and kickboxing and we have to spar 2 or 3 on 1 all the time. Trick is-pick 1 and keep the others behind him by moving around, once that attacker is done with.....,move to the next. This is of course if you don't have the chance to run away first!

There is no ultimate martial art, it depends on how good the practitioner is surely? Anyway, there are loads of different styles of TKD and Kung Fu and all of the arts so it's pointless arguing about it, may as well appreciate them all for what that are. I like boxing ( i don't train in it though...

There's loads, Ben Henderson, mirko cro cop, dan Hardy, David louasou (Spelt very wrong) and bas rutten to name but a few all trained tkd. Can we just make sure that we are aware that there are many different styles of tkd as well please.
