I am a Targeted Individual who has NEVER been formally accused
/convicted of ANY crime/felony BUT I and my children am under 24/7/365 COVERT GANGSTALKING, SURVEILLANCE,and ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCY
ENERGY/INFRASOUND/ELF/ACOUSTIC
Most of it is being transmitted via satellites (ECHOSTAR/ECHELON ??), but also from the nearby Military Installation which has a DEW (Directed Energy Weapon), Sheriff's Dpt., Police Station (both of these facilities have HUGE GWEN TOWERS). It comes thru VERY heavy @ approx. 10-15 minute intervals, and is in sync w/LOUD traffic, airplane, motorcycle, BOOM BOX cars, riding mowers, etc (ANY and ALL LOUD sounds/noises that can be "captured", "amplified", then transmitted into our home). Also, whenever/whereever I go out, I am being ILLEGALLY STALKED/FOLLOWED by Gangstalking Perpetrators(PERPS) who are utilizing their CELLPHONES to help GPS my location.
In addition to emitting harmful EMF waves, the cellphones are also sending out a "Tracking Signal". This signal alerts Law Enforcement, planes, trains, other GANGSTALKERS that the "Target" is in the area. Within minutes, other GANGSTALKERS will arrive using their cellphones, LOUD PLANES will do flyovers, train whistles will start blowing LOUDLY, LARGE
TRUCKS, MOTORCYCLES, VEHICLES W/LOUD BOOMING SYSTEMS & TAIL-
PIPES will drive by.

Clearly, BOTH are liable, but, the "neighbor" is moreso, due to the fact that he "chose" to re-hire the yardman AFTER the man had proven himself to be TOTALLY INCOMPETENT...also, I witnessed the neighbor "watering/spraying @ the fence area @ approx. 11:30-ish pm the night PRIOR to my lawn damage showing up?? Hmmmmm.....BTW, I had "issues" w/this neighbor 2 mos ago....HMMMMMMM....
And to think that I actually believed that this would be a better environment to raise my children within???

Yes, that is SO true, my friend...We (TI's) are just "moving targets" to our oppressors, simply put...but nonetheless, it is not over until GOD says it is over, NOT mankind....Peace.
