I have a question about back handspring, in the movement when you jump, you need jump highly? and for that movement that looks like an arc, do you really need a lot of flexibility? or just is the jump what you need, also you need be strong, because I hear that when you gonna fall on the floor with your hands you need keep it straight, is that true?
