I must have seen the same tour too. It was Styx and Uriah Heep in Lewiston, Maine. Surprisingly, I still remember it well. Styx almost stole the show (their time was yet to come) but in the end, UH pulled it off...

When the car was delivered only one went down. I contacted them about this in writing but they ignored me. Highly unethic...
