The word "Muslim", from the Arabic, implies that the followers of Islam believe in God when they don't. They follow the teachings of a man named Muhammad as narrated by his alter ego "Allah".
Saudi Arabia is an Islamic Theocracy, you can't even own a bible there, it's illegal. Do you know what Saudi Arabia was before the Muhammadans took the area by force? Not an Islamic Theocracy. What do you think will happen to freedom of religion in the US if the Muhammadans get the foothold in America that they have in geographical locations like Saudi Arabia?
As for prayer, no I didn't say that, and no I wasn't referring to praying everyday. The point is God wants a prayer from the heart, not some ritualistic prayer full of emty recitation, or any vain kind of repetition. Jesus prayed in more than one kind of position and the Lord's prayer is our example of how to pray. I never once said it was wrong to pray in that position, but it is a personal choice. God does not hear or answer prayers based on when they are prayed, or what position our body is in, etc.
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one!" (Deuteronomy 6:4)
Since there is very little room and you mentioned having a Bible, I won't paste these actual verses, but where you can find them instead.
The Father is God (Philippians 1:2), the Son is God (John 1:1, 14; 1 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 1:8; Romans 9:5), the Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4).
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name (one name) of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19)
You want the verses that teach the doctrine of the Trinity... or you're looking for the word Trinity? What exactly would you like me to help you with? Because I gladly will. :)
As for prayer, Jesus clearly says not to use vain repetitions.
