this makes me wanna cry, it's so sweet ... this is literally MY babyhood to a tee. I grew up with a beautiful brindle boxer named Brigsie (say that 5x fast!) and boxers are some THE sweetest dogs out there. Anyone who thinks this is "wrong" or whatever obviously does not know dogs.

@timegrrl Not true. I rescued a baby rat from my cat and nursed it back to health. She quadrupled in size but always insisted on trying to escape -- I even got her a domestic friend! Eventually she did escape. Wild is instinct, not "a difference they won't know."

Like, how do you tell if the rabbit is totally healthy? Is it bad if it's really shy at first? And should you not buy it if it appears stressed in its environment (meaning it was not well taken care of)?

@aliberrii Completely agreed. Predators should not be in cages for our amusement ... besides, I've never heard anyone with a pet snake say how they bonded with it or anything. They say how cool it is to watch it molt or feed it live food. Sick freaks.

@smeganl Nails don't "breathe" like regular skin. The nails become weak because the bond between the acrylic and real nail is stronger than the real nail and nail bed, so tugging and pulling weakens it overall.
