My favourite quote is: "when the wind of change blows, some build walls, others build windmills". My main focus is on: social networks, leadership, executive development, strategy and business innovation. I blend emerging innovative knowledge and concepts with enterprise culture and strategy.

Started my career at an advertising agency. Later on, end of the 90's, joining a European Internet start-up. Ending up founding my own company: Darapro together with a business partner.

In 2002 I switch to the business of executive development with training company de Baak. Working as a program director and later on responsible for the overall marketing and business development. Starting a new 'venture' within de Baak in 2006 focused on Innovation and Leadership.
