When you said you just used "tresseme naturals" for your roller set was it the conditioner and did you wash it out or did you leave it in?

I agree w/ u in that people need to embrace what they have because I have 3b 3c curls and it looks ok in a braid out but not as good as my fellow naturals w/ tighter curl patterns. And I'm tired of wash and gos and a wee jealous of those who can rock two strand twists. So everyone should embrace ...

I have a similar curl pattern as yours and the same issue with two strand twists not staying in. I like the idea of pinning them up to get more mileage out of them

What about a rinse? If you color make sure you alternate between protein and moisture conditioners, every other week for a month and then moisturizer conditioners afterwards

I'm tall also 5'9" and we can gain 10 lbs and people don't even notice it but we know when we need to trim down a bit. I started working out because I gained 15 lbs and needed to drop at least 10 . I've reached my goal and I know you will also! Keep up the good work!
