It seems to me John Cleese is giving Sarah Palin too much credit. This 'beautiful parrot' is not capable of even memorising her speeches properly, let alone understanding them. She seems to regurgitate phrases she half-remembers in any sort of chaotic order, and yet expects to be taken seriously.
