Is it possible to mod the class mods? For instance, a soldier is able to carry a class mod that does team +xp. Is it possible to raise the level of xp you and your team gets every time they/you make a kill?

I was a musician many years ago and have played to a few crowds like that. I'm guessing that he opened with this song and as the concert commenced, they got into it.. but.. wait, where's the band? And was that real applause in the end? Funny how they didn't show the audience at the end lol I do h...
