Pre-qualified or Pre-approved Buyers Only Please-We ask every Buyer or Agent that calls to schedule a showing if the Buyers can afford the full price of your home and if they need to sell another home to qualify. We try to ensure that your home is only viewed by qualified Buyers that can afford to purchase it. This saves you hours of needless cleaning, and you avoid the frustration of hearing, They loved it but they cant afford it.

Ultimate Exposure- Your home will be exposed to prospective buyers EVERY DAY until it sells with a combination of print media, internet, direct mail, television, and movie advertisement.
