Here's a brilliant idea.. STOP EATING THEM! Failing that find a better and efficient human way or slaughter, and stop the long haul trucking... Animals have thought and feelings too not just humans.

I hate to say this but these horses are at least given a last meal, and have a truck where they are able to stand and hold their head up.
