This sucked. Bad! The guy had stopped already.. robbery? BS. I know cops that have arrested terrorist with less force. Maybe a tazer? N if the clerk said he was armed maybe the officer should of drawn his weapon. This sucks. Hope the kid is ok... the department should be investigated!
