You claim it is 100 lb plates for serious gym people. That's strange because even Gold Gym people which I have seen lift 500 lbs [That classifies as much more serious than 225 lbs lifts] only have plates of 45 lbs. In which country are you living? Is it russia? Anyhow for a lifting 225 lbs should be done a full extension and slowly down while going lifting up fast [Power]. The way you lift ithe weights appears to be a 50/50 lift performance level. Why don't you try full extensions without bouncing off your chest and see if you can lift the same amount of reps. Food for thought only. Anyways for your age it's still impressive?
